I bought six headless lobsters, four of which were fried with onions and ginger, and I want to have a different flavor for the last two. Roast garlic lobsters are great for dinner and go well with wine. As seafood, it is great on the table. Though the lobster shell part is troublesome, other steps are easy.

Two lobsters
An appropriate amount of olive oil
An appropriate amount of salt
An appropriate amount of black pepper
An appropriate amount of paprika
An appropriate amount of butter
An appropriate amount of minced garlic
An appropriate amount of coriander or parsley
One lemon
⭐️ Why do I use an appropriate amount to measure the ingredients? Because there is no limit on the amount; if you like garlic, add more garlic; if you like coriander, add more coriander; if you don't like them, use less.
(1) Use kitchen scissors to cut the middle of the back of the lobster; leave the tail uncut, and carefully peel off the lobster's flesh from the shell. Put the lobster's flesh on the lobster shell, and start seasoning.
(2) Apply the olive oil to the lobster's flesh. This step can be omitted. Add some salt and black pepper. If you have white wine, the dish will taste better.
(3) After seasoning, put the lobster's flesh on the shell. Because the tail is not cut, it is easier to fix it.
⭐️Because the lobster shell is super hard, it takes a bit of work. If it is troublesome for you, just cut it in half, except for the tail. The lobster treated in this way has a shape of a butterfly.
(4) The lobster's flesh is seasoned and marinated.
(5) Put butter in a pot and heat it to make it melt. Add minced garlic and fry it until you can feel a nice smell. Add chopped parsley or coriander, and season with salt and black pepper. Squeeze half a lemon and add the juice; make them fully blended.
⭐️ If you don't want to use a frying pan, you can also mix all the above ingredients and heat them in a microwave oven.
⭐️ You can also use room temperature softened butter, and mix it with minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, black pepper and lemon juice; stir them well to form a thick paste.
(6) Add the sauce mentioned above to the top layer of the marinated lobster. Preheat the oven to 400°F/200°C, and prepare to bake.
⭐️ If you don't like the taste of garlic, you can omit this step and put the prepared garlic sauce on the side for dipping.
(7) When the oven's temperature is heated to 400°F/200°C, put the lobster in the oven and cook for 15 minutes.
⭐️ If you like the taste of cheese, you can take it out 2 minutes in advance. Put the shredded cheese on the lobster and put it back in the oven until the cheese melts.
Two lobsters were cooked with different flavors. One was roasted with garlic and the other was cheese. Both are delicious, which are perfect for drinking.
