The steps of making fried garlic shrimps are as follows:
- Pour olive oil into the pan.
First, put the shrimp head and shrimp shell into the pan to fry. This step is not necessary. It is only not to waste the shrimp head and shrimp shell, and makes the olive oil have more shrimp flavor. If you use shrimp meat, you can skip this step.
Add the chopped garlic. Stir fry the garlic at medium heat until it is golden and smells nice. Pour the shrimps into the pan. Fry both sides of the shrimps. Add salt, black pepper or lemon juice.
