The Shrimp with Pu Er Tea

Ingredients
One big shrimp (about 150 grams), 25 grams of diced watermelon, 25 grams of diced mango and 25 grams of diced pear and 4 grams of Pu’er tea
 
Seasoning
3 grams of salt, 20 grams of coarse salt, 20 grams of spicy fermented bean curd, 2 grams of black pepper, 10 ml of brandy, 200 grams of purified water and 20 grams of butter
 
Steps
1. Remove the black thing at the back of the shrimp and marinate it with black pepper, salt and brandy for 15 minutes and set aside. At the same time, put the Pu'er tea into boiled pure water; after soaking for 5 minutes, filter to keep the liquid.
2. Take a small pan and heat it; add butter, and fry the shrimp on low heat until golden brown appears.
3. Put the fried prawns into the oven for 3 minutes.
4. Stir the spicy fermented bean curd and Pu'er tea evenly and set aside.
5. Put the prawns on the plate. Pour the sauce from step 4; arrange the diced fruits neatly and add coarse salt.
 
Taste
There is not only a taste of milk in the shrimp, but a strong smell of brandy and Pu'er tea.
