Two Spanish Dishes

Patatas Bravas
Ingredients for 4 persons
3 big onions
1 kilogram of tomato
a clove of garlic
1 tablespoon of Spanish Sweet Paprika powder
150ml of extra virgin olive oil
1 to 2 chilies
An appropriate amount of pepper and salt
1 tablespoon of white sugar
8 potatoes with medium sizes
2 liters of water
 
Steps
Cook the potatoes with the skin for 10 minutes. Peel and vertically cut them into four pieces. Put 100ml of olive oil in the pan and heat to 70 degrees Celsius. Fry the potatoes for 5 minutes. Then, increase the heat to 160 degrees Celsius and continue to fry. These potatoes can also be baked until golden brown appears by using the oven. Pour olive oil into another pan.
 
Add garlic, chili and onion, and fry them. Add the chopped and peeled tomatoes, pepper, salt and sugar. Heat for about 40 minutes until the sauce thickens. Pour the sauce over the potato when serving.
 


Pan con Jamón y Tomate
Ingredients
A small amount of raw ham
Two fresh tomatoes
Bread (white bread such as baguette, panini, etc.)
Dried spices
A little olive oil
 
Steps of making Pan con Jamón y Tomate
Slice the bread into thick slices and apply them with olive oil. Chop the garlic, and put it on the side of the bread applied with olive oil. Gently rub the bread to have a better taste.
 

 
Peel the tomatoes and cut them in half. Remove the seeds from the tomatoes, leaving only the pulp. Put the pulp into a blender to make fresh tomato sauce, and put it in a small bowl for later use.
 
Cut the raw ham into small pieces, or cut it into shreds, and put them in a small bowl. I want to choose Spanish ham out of passion. If you don't have it, you can choose ordinary smoked ham.
 
Heat a pan over low heat, and place the bread with olive oil and garlic-side down. Fry it until it is crispy. Turn the bread up side down and fry the other side until it is golden. Put the bread on a plate and put some spices based on your taste. Last month, a friend of mine gave me a bottle of handmade spices called Tuscany, mainly including basil, air-dried tomatoes and garlic with small pieces. I will use it today.
 
These two Spanish dishes are easy to make, and they can also be taken out by a vacuum bag sealed by a vacuum sealer.
